"My personal experiences in working with Millennium Consulting Group as a principal and as realtor representing others in short sale transactions has been nothing short of "exceptional". "I had been delaying my short sale for many months because I was too afraid to get things started, and it seemed like an overwhelming task. I was facing tight timelines, but my realtor was confident that we could get it done in less than a year. He researched the homes in my area, determined a reasonable entry price, and considered my financial situation in making his recommendation. Despite his years of expertise in short sale negotiations, my agent recommended that I speak with Millennium Consulting Group. The Attorney explained that he could offer no additional protection that Millennium could not already offer, and in fact, he was already familiar with Millennium Consulting Group. He encouraged me to go with them because he knew they did good work, operated legally and because Millennium would be able to get the job done at a much cheaper price than he could as an attorney.

This gave me confidence to move forward with Millennium without any reservations. Throughout the process, my agent and Millennium were responsive to my questions, gave me clear instructions, kept me up to date with progress, stayed on the buyer to make sure they didn't mess up the deal and helped me feel confident that it was going to get done. I was still distraught because of my three friends who tried to short sell their homes. One foreclosed, one didn't finish the short sale for 18 months, and the other still hadn't finished the deal 2 years later. I was terrified of foreclosing or being asked to pay thousands of dollars in the end to finish the deal.

To cut to the chase, I listed the property in January of 2011, accepted an offer by April of 2011, and completed the short sale with deficiency waivers on both loans by July of 2011. In the end, I paid $2,100 in total fees to Millennium, escrow, and the banks to finish the deal. This was a small price to pay to sell a home I bought for $259,125 at a price of $80,500 and to take away the $1,750 monthly mortgage burden off my shoulders. I couldn't be happier, and I couldn't offer a stronger recommendation for Millennium Consulting Group. If you can't get a deal done with them, either you didn't follow their instructions in a timely manner or the deal couldn't be done in the first place. Period."
